Am truly passionate about running and many acquintances both social and at work are baffled by this. its for this reason that I decided to think about this newly acquired hobby to analyse why ive become so attached to it.
Surprisingly i was never a runner in my early years and never picked any interest in games. I enjoyed my sweet life of being the humble girl, going shopping, hanging with the girls, eating out and visiting friends. I was always so small and never found reason to do any sport.
As the saying goes, with adulthood comes responsibility and so many other pressures. For some reason my routine was between work, family, kids and house chores. It was always about taking care of others and never paying attention to myself. Hubby then introduced me to this awesome sport four years back and I’ve not looked back. What started as a difficult task where I could run a single kilometer for an entire thirty minutes has become so interesting that I can run ten and more kilometers and still yearn to continue but time is the only limiting factor.
As I look back and contemplate on this newly found love, I cant help but share with you a few benefits you will get from running. Am pretty sure these will push you into loving it as well.
